Shot records can be faxed to us in advance or brought in at check-in.
What happens if my pet becomes ill while at the kennel?
The first time you board your pet with us, you will sign an agreement stating that our staff has permission to seek medical treatment for your pet in the case of an emergency. We will always try to use your veterinarian first, but if this is not possible, we will use an emergency clinic locally. We will also confirm your emergency contact numbers each visit to ensure that we have a working telephone number to contact you or your designated contact in the event of an emergency.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
Can I take a tour of the kennel before making a reservation?
Of course! Touring our facility gives you the opportunity to see where your pet will stay, meet the staff, and ask any questions you may have.
We are available to give tours Monday - Friday from 9-11am & 3-5pm, Saturday from 9-11am.
